How It Works


Your first step should be to contact Tony, initially for an informal discussion about your requirements and any special ideas you may have. Once we are agreed on your needs I will ensure I have sufficient manpower and equipment to cover your event to your satisfaction. I will not take the booking until I am are sure it is fully covered.

The type of event will determine what happens on the day but this will all be arranged to meet your requirements. An example is given below. 

On the day of the event I/we will arrive in plenty of time and set up as agreed with the minimum of disruption.

During the event if requested we will make every effort to adapt to the theme of your event this could include certain backdrops dress code or even “no flash”.

At your event we will deliver what we promise so you can enjoy the event knowing we have added a very popular aspect to your proceedings.


Photo’s printed on the day will be presented in quality mounts that are then taken home by your guests to keep as a memory, they will also be available later via our secure web galleries (password  protected if you require). 

At the end of the event, we will discretely dismantle our equipment and pack it all away then bid you farewell until next time.
